Trustees' review. The Parents may request a review by Trustees (Trustees' Review) of a decision to expel or require the removal of the Pupil from the School (but not a decision to suspend the Pupil unless the suspension is for 11 School days or more, or would prevent the Pupil taking a public examination). The Head will advise the Parents of the Trustees' Review procedure current at that time when she/he informs the Parents of his /her decision. A Trustees' Review will be conducted under fair procedures in accordance with the requirements of natural justice.
Trustees' review. Reasonable changes to System schematic design and Construction Documents required by Trustees shall be submitted to Licensee and, subject to the limitations set forth in Sections 7.8 and 7.9, Licensee shall incorporate such changes into the System Schematic Design and Construction Documents and return such documents to Trustees within fifteen (15) days of Licensee’s receipt of Trustees’ required changes.
