Common use of Trusts Clause in Contracts

Trusts. 19.1 If the Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( “Trust”) then whether or not Unidan may have notice of the Trust, the Customer covenants with Unidan as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer will not without consent in writing of Unidan (Unidan will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 21.1 If the Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan IRL may have notice of the Trust, the Customer covenants with Unidan IRL as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity;. (c) the Customer will not without consent in writing of Unidan IRL (Unidan IRL will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events:; (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity;. (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan SME (Unidan SME will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events:; (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan Softlink (Unidan Softlink will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 20.1 If the Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to into the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan PLCH may have notice of the Trust, the Customer covenants with Unidan PLCH as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer will not without consent in writing of Unidan PLCH (Unidan PLCH will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 16.1 If the Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to into the Contract contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( “("Trust”") then whether or not Unidan MBL may have notice of the Trust, the Customer covenants with Unidan MBL as follows: (a) the Contract contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity;. (c) the Customer will not without consent in writing of Unidan MBL (Unidan MBL will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events:; (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 27.1 If the Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan TDD may have notice of the Trust, the Customer covenants with Unidan TDD as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity;. (c) the Customer will not without consent in writing of Unidan TDD (Unidan TDD will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events:; (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 20.1 If the Customer Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan MCDS may have notice of the Trust, the Customer Client covenants with Unidan MCDS as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan MCDS (Unidan MCDS will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer will not without consent in writing of Unidan Balmoral (Unidan Balmoral will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan PDS (Unidan PDS will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 26.1 If the Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan Casafico may have notice of the Trust, the Customer covenants with Unidan Casafico as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity;. (c) the Customer will not without consent in writing of Unidan Casafico (Unidan Casafico will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events:; (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 24.1 If the Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan RAL may have notice of the Trust, the Customer covenants with Unidan RAL as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer will not without consent in writing of Unidan RAL (Unidan RAL will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer will not without consent in writing of Unidan Project Stone (Unidan Project Stone will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 24.1 If the Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan HiHo may have notice of the Trust, the Customer covenants with Unidan HiHo as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity;. (c) the Customer will not without consent in writing of Unidan HiHo (Unidan HiHo will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events:; (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 25.1 If the Customer Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to into the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan HSL may have notice of the Trust, the Customer Client covenants with Unidan HSL as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund;; and (b) the Customer Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity;; and (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan HSL (Unidan HSL will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust;; or (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust;; or (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 27.1 If the Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract Agreement is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan Smartcall may have notice of the Trust, the Customer covenants with Unidan Smartcall as follows: (a) the Contract Agreement extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract Agreement and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer will not without consent in writing of Unidan Smartcall (Unidan Smartcall will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 26.1 If the Customer Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan ADCO may have notice of the Trust, the Customer Client covenants with Unidan ADCO as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan ADCO (Unidan ADCO will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan Scafit (Unidan Scafit will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee Trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan RJA (Unidan RJA will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity;. (c) the Customer will not without consent in writing of Unidan TRS (Unidan TRS will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events:; (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer will not without consent in writing of Unidan JSW (Unidan JSW will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan Weldone (Unidan Weldone will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer will not without consent in writing of Unidan the Company (Unidan the Company will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 21.1 If the Customer Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan WPC may have notice of the Trust, the Customer Client covenants with Unidan WPC as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan WPC (Unidan WPC will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 24.1 If the Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( Trust (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan MCS may have notice of the Trust, the Customer covenants with Unidan MCS as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer will not without consent in writing of Unidan MCS (Unidan MCS will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events:; (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 26.1 If the Customer Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan LEAP may have notice of the Trust, the Customer Client covenants with Unidan LEAP as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan LEAP (Unidan LEAP will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 22.1 If the Customer Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan TRCO may have notice of the Trust, the Customer Client covenants with Unidan TRCO as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan TRCO (Unidan TRCO will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 23.1 If the Customer Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan TSCW may have notice of the Trust, the Customer Client covenants with Unidan TSCW as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan TSCW (Unidan TSCW will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan TCF (Unidan TCF will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan WPM (Unidan WPM will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 23.1 If the Customer Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan Hiko may have notice of the Trust, the Customer Client covenants with Unidan Xxxx as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity;. (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan Xxxx (Unidan Xxxx will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events:; (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 21.1 If the Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan WBL may have notice of the Trust, the Customer covenants with Unidan WBL as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer will not without consent in writing of Unidan WBL (Unidan WBL will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 If the Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan the Agent may have notice of the Trust, the Customer covenants with Unidan the Agent as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer will not without consent in writing of Unidan the Agent (Unidan the Agent will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 25.1 If the Customer Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan VPA may have notice of the Trust, the Customer Client covenants with Unidan VPA as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan VPA (Unidan VPA will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 24.1 If the Customer Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan HSS may have notice of the Trust, the Customer Client covenants with Unidan HSS as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity;. (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan HSS (Unidan HSS will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events:; (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 24.1 If the Customer Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan Expoelle may have notice of the Trust, the Customer Client covenants with Unidan Expoelle as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan Expoelle (Unidan Expoelle will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 18.1 If the Customer Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract Agreement is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( “(Trust”) then whether or not Unidan WWS may have notice of the Trust, the Customer Client covenants with Unidan WWS as follows: (a) the Contract Agreement extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract Agreement and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan WWS (Unidan WWS will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events:; (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee Trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 20.1 If the Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan Service King may have notice of the Trust, the Customer covenants with Unidan Service King as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer will not without consent in writing of Unidan Service King (Unidan Service King will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 If the Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan MHS may have notice of the Trust, the Customer covenants with Unidan MHS as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer will not without consent in writing of Unidan MHS (Unidan MHS will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 29.1 If the Customer Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan CreativeQ may have notice of the Trust, the Customer Client covenants with Unidan CreativeQ as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity;. (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan CreativeQ (Unidan CreativeQ will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events:; (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 22.1 If the Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan Burnback may have notice of the Trust, the Customer covenants with Unidan Burnback as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer will not without consent in writing of Unidan Burnback (Unidan Burnback will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 26.1 If the Customer Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan Paramount may have notice of the Trust, the Customer Client covenants with Unidan Paramount as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan Paramount (Unidan Paramount will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan MNE (Unidan MNE will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan FT (Unidan FT will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 21.1 If the Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan Customvac may have notice of the Trust, the Customer covenants with Unidan Customvac as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer will not without consent in writing of Unidan Customvac (Unidan Customvac will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 18.1 If the Customer Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( Trust (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan Packserv may have notice of the Trust, the Customer Client covenants with Unidan Packserv as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan Packserv (Unidan Packserv will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events:; (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 23.1 If the Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan PGO may have notice of the Trust, the Customer covenants with Unidan PGO as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer will not without consent in writing of Unidan PGO (Unidan PGO will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 26.1 If the Customer Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to into the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan MMJTLS may have notice of the Trust, the Customer Client covenants with Unidan MMJTLS as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (ci) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan MMJTLS (Unidan MMJTLS will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) followingevents: the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust;; or (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust;; or (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 22.1 If the Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan TMF may have notice of the Trust, the Customer covenants with Unidan TMF as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer will not without consent in writing of Unidan TMF (Unidan TMF will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan Xxxxxx (Unidan Xxxxxx will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

(c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan MPSL (Unidan MPSL will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events:; (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan the Agent (Unidan the Agent will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer will not without consent in writing of Unidan CCS (Unidan CCS will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer will not without consent in writing of Unidan AEL (Unidan AEL will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan EAS (Unidan EAS will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 17.1 If the Customer Member at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract Agreement is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan CNBH may have notice of the Trust, the Customer Member covenants with Unidan CNBH as follows: (a) the Contract Agreement extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer Member now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer Member has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract Agreement and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer Member against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer Member will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer Member will not without consent in writing of Unidan CNBH (Unidan CNBH will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Member as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 24.1 If the Customer Client at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan AESG may have notice of the Trust, the Customer Client covenants with Unidan AESG as follows: (a) the Contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer Client now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer Client has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer Client against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan AESG (Unidan AESG will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan TITA (Unidan XXXX will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan TW (Unidan TW will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

Trusts. 19.1 22.1 If the Customer at any time upon or subsequent to entering in to the Contract contract is acting in the capacity of trustee of any trust ( (“Trust”) then whether or not Unidan SPC may have notice of the Trust, the Customer covenants with Unidan SPC as follows: (a) the Contract contract extends to all rights of indemnity which the Customer now or subsequently may have against the Trust and the trust fund; (b) the Customer has full and complete power and authority under the Trust to enter into the Contract contract and the provisions of the Trust do not purport to exclude or take away the right of indemnity of the Customer against the Trust or the trust fund. The Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the The Customer will not without consent in writing of Unidan SPC (Unidan SPC will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer will not without consent in writing of Unidan RHL (Unidan RHL will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Customer will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer will not without consent in writing of Unidan NGPS (Unidan NGPS will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.

The Customer Client will not release the right of indemnity or commit any breach of trust or be a party to any other action which might prejudice that right of indemnity; (c) the Customer Client will not without consent in writing of Unidan Kairos (Unidan Kairos will not unreasonably withhold consent), cause, permit, or suffer to happen any of the following events: (i) the removal, replacement or retirement of the Customer Client as trustee of the Trust; (ii) any alteration to or variation of the terms of the Trust; (iii) any advancement or distribution of capital of the Trust; or (iv) any resettlement of the trust property.
