TSR Percentile Rank Calculation Methodology. The Company’s Relative TSR Percentile Rank will be calculated in a two-step process. First, the TSR will be calculated for the Company and each company in the Peer Group. Then, the TSR Percentile Rank for the Company and each of the companies in the Peer Group will be determined. The TSR and the TSR Percentile Rank will be determined by the Committee in accordance with the formula and methods approved by the Committee, as described below.
