Common use of TTC PASS ALLOWANCE Clause in Contracts

TTC PASS ALLOWANCE. The Employer agrees to contribute into the TTC Pass Allowance six cents ($0.06) per hour for all hours worked by full-time and part-time employees. The reasonable sufficiency of this contribution will be reviewed from time to time by the parties. Part-time employees who, as of October 2005, are already receiving the TTC Pass Allowance shall be grandfathered and shall continue to receive the same allowance granted to full-time employees.
