Tuberculosis Certification Sample Clauses

The Tuberculosis Certification clause requires individuals, typically employees or students, to provide proof that they are free from active tuberculosis infection. This is usually accomplished by submitting results from a recent medical examination or a tuberculosis screening test, such as a skin test or chest X-ray, before starting work or school activities. The core function of this clause is to protect public health by preventing the spread of tuberculosis in environments where people are in close contact, thereby ensuring a safe and healthy setting for all participants.
