TUITION INCENTIVE. The district shall reimburse one hundred dollars ($100) per hour of the employee’s tuition cost for up to eight credit hours per school year for each teacher to attend a university of his/her choice, provided that the total annual combined reimbursement for all teachers does not exceed $18,000 and the regulations below are followed.
