UNSAFE AND HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS. Any known hazardous or unsafe conditions shall be brought to the attention of the administration. Immediately upon notification of an unsafe or hazardous condition, the District shall implement steps to rectify the unsafe condition and provide the Association with a written copy of the actions taken. The unsafe or hazardous condition shall be remedied within a reasonable amount of time.
UNSAFE AND HAZARDOUS CONDITIONS. All employees have the obligation to call attention to the Board in writing of any suspected unsafe or hazardous conditions. The Board shall respond in writing to the employee reporting the unsafe or hazardous condition, stating what action, if any, it will take to remedy the condition.

If said employee, after concentrated efforts cannot resolve problem with supervisor, he then may proceed to next level of management. The employee shall have the right to file a written complaint with the School Board.
