Common use of TUITION SUPPORT PROGRAM Clause in Contracts

TUITION SUPPORT PROGRAM. 37-1 The University agrees to provide the same Tuition Support Program it administers for employees not represented by a union, and which it may revise from time to time, to employees of this bargaining unit. The policies, regulations, definitions, and procedures outlined in the University’s Tuition Support Program Standard Practice Guide shall govern the use of this program for employees in this bargaining unit. The Tuition Support Program shall not be eliminated during the term of this Agreement.
