Turf Grass Mowing a. Contractor shall mow all turf grass with adequately sharpened reel or rotary type mowers as to provide a smooth and even cut without tearing of turf grass blades.
Turf Grass Mowing. All lawn areas included in this Agreement shall be mowed with either power reel-type or rotary mowers. The mower blades or reels shall be sharpened and maintained so as to provide a smooth, even cut without tearing. The cutting adjustment will provide a uniform, level cut without ridges or depressions. For Xxxxxxxx’x property, the mowing height shall be set at three and one-half inches (3 14”). Any damage to turf, trees, shrubs, sprinkler system components, buildings or other objects during mowing or trimming operations shall be repaired at the Service Provider's expense.
