Common use of Turnover Assistance Clause in Contracts

Turnover Assistance. Upon receipt of notice of termination of the Contract by HHSC, MCO will provide any turnover assistance reasonably necessary to enable HHSC or its designee to effectively close out the Contract and move the work to another vendor or to perform the work itself.

Upon receipt of notice of termination of the Contract by HHSCHHSC or by the MCO, MCO will provide any turnover assistance reasonably necessary to enable HHSC or its designee to effectively close out the Contract and move the work to another vendor or to perform the work itself. During the Turnover Phase, MCO must continue performing under the Contract, including rendering all contracted Services, until such time HHSC determines that the MCO has completed all requirements in accordance with the Turnover Plan.
