Turnover Assistance. Upon receipt of notice of termination of the Agreement by HHSC, CONTRACTOR will provide any turnover assistance reasonably necessary to enable HHSC or its designee to effectively close out the Agreement and move the work to another vendor or to perform the work by itself.
