Common use of TWC Monitoring Clause in Contracts

TWC Monitoring. The Contractor and any subcontractors associated with this Contract agree to permit on-site monitoring visits and desk reviews, as deemed necessary by TWC to review all financial or other records and management control systems relevant to the provision of goods and services under this Contract. The Contractor will include this requirement in any subcontract associated with this Contract.
