Common use of Two - Division Head Clause in Contracts

Two - Division Head. If the supervisor’s decision does not satisfy the grievant, he/she may file a written grievance with the division head within ten (10) working days after receipt of the supervisors’ decision. The written grievance shall contain a clear, concise statement of facts on which it is based, the specific provision of the rules, policies, or MOU said to be violated, and the specific remedy sought. The division head shall consider and discuss the grievance with the grievant and his/her representative, and shall within ten (10) working days of receiving the written grievance, submit his/her response in writing to the grievant and his/her representative.
