Two Shift Operation. Where the Employer elects to work two (2) shifts, each such shift shall be not less than ten (10) hours. The first shift shall start at 6:00 am and will be entitled to a one-half (1/2) hour paid meal period at mid-point of shift. Second shift employees will be entitled to a one-half (1/2) hour paid meal period at mid-point of shift, and shall work nine (9) hours and receive ten (10) hours pay.
