Type and Term of Contract. 1. Following the start of a procurement procedure in accordance with Article 13, the SPPSC shall approve in accordance with Article 7, on: (a) the type of contract that will be awarded on the basis of the principles laid down in Article 101 of the Financial Regulation and Articles 121 and 122 of the Rules of Application; (b) the duration of the framework contract as well as on the arrangements for its review in accordance with the first subparagraph of Article 122(1) and Article 122(4)
