LIST OF EXHIBITS List below all exhibits filed as part of this Statement of Eligibility and Qualification.
Type of Contract The contract will be a one (1) year term contract from the date of award. Upon mutual agreement by the contractor and OSP, the contract may be renewed on a year-to-year basis, for up to (six (6)) additional (one year terms) or a portion thereof. In no event shall the total contract term be more than seven (7) years.
Character of Exhibits The Exhibitor agrees to display only products or services sold in the regular course of business and as described in this contract. Each exhibit must comply with all applicable laws, codes and ordinances. Exhibits shall be dignified in character and, in the judgment of Show Management, not offensive to the general public. The Show Management reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject and/or remove any exhibit or portion of exhibit not in keeping with this rule or purpose of the show.

Incorporation of Exhibits The Exhibits attached to this Agreement are incorporated herein and shall be considered a part of this Agreement for all purposes.

APPENDIX 1 TO THE STANDARD CONTRACTUAL CLAUSES Data exporter The data exporter is the entity identified as “Customer” in the DPA Data importer The data importer is Amazon Web Services, Inc., a provider of web services. Data subjects Data subjects are defined in Section 1.3 of the DPA. Categories of data The personal data is defined in Section 1.3 of the DPA.

MODEL PREAMBLES The tenderer is referred to the "Model Preambles for Trades 2008" for supplementary and comprehensive expansion of descriptions, appropriate provision for which shall be deemed to have been included in all relevant rates SUPPLEMENTARY PREAMBLES Proprietary products in descriptions: Proprietary products shall be used as specified. Substitute products of similar quality and specification may only be used with prior approval by the Principal Agent. Nature of material to be excavated: The material to be excavated is assumed to be predominantly of a composition that will allow excavation in "earth" as specified, but including a percentage of excavation in "soft rock" and "hard rock". Carting away of excavated material: Descriptions of carting away of excavated material shall be deemed to include loading excavated material onto trucks directly from the excavations, or alternatively, from stock piles situated on the building site.
