Type of Group Benefits Program for Employees 3 on the Active Payroll. 4 Effective January 1, 2017, the Company will provide life insurance benefits, accidental 6 death and dismemberment benefits, weekly disability benefits, medical benefits 7 and dental benefits for eligible employees and medical benefits and dental benefits 8 for covered dependents of eligible employees as summarized in the document 9 entitled Attachment A. The Company reserves the right to change or modify the 10 benefits listed on Attachment A, so long as the benefits provided are similar to those 11 listed in Attachment A. 12

  • SALARY DETERMINATION FOR EMPLOYEES IN ADULT EDUCATION PCA Article B.3 does not apply in School District No. 34 (Abbotsford).

Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.

  • School Year Employment If an employee is employed on the basis of a school year and such employment contemplates absences from the State payroll during the summer months or vacation periods scheduled by the Appointing Authority which occur during the regular school year, the employee shall nonetheless remain eligible for an Employer Contribution, provided that the employee appears on the regular payroll for at least one (1) working day in the payroll period immediately preceding such absences.

  • Retroactive Pay for Terminated Employees An employee who has retired or severed his/her employment between the termination date of this Agreement and the effective date of the new Agreement shall receive the full retroactivity of any increase in wages, salaries or other benefits.
