Common use of Types of Budgets Clause in Contracts

Types of Budgets. The Grantee must ensure that funds provided under this Grant Agreement are expended in accordance with the HOPE VI Requirements and: (1) a HOPE VI Budget. Each Grantee must submit to HUD for approval a HOPE VI Budget as part of the Supplemental Submissions. The HOPE VI Budget allocates ALL HOPE VI Grant funds, for ALL phases, into Budget Line Items. The HOPE VI Budget will serve as the primary budget and may be subject to revision; and (2) a budget for each phase of a Standard, Mixed Finance, or Homeownership Development Proposal, as approved by HUD.
