Types of Business. The Company and its Subsidiaries shall engage principally in the business of (a) specialty cellulose fibers, (b) nonwoven and air-laid materials and (c) other activities substantially related thereto.

Types of Business. The Company will engage only in the business of developing, acquiring, constructing, improving, owning and operating the Cable Systems and such other Systems as the Company may acquire in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, and other businesses incidental thereto (a) in respect of areas presently covered by the Franchises currently held by the Company and in respect of areas for which a Franchise is not required for operation of a cable television system, and (b) in areas covered by such other Franchises as the Company may acquire in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

The Company and its Subsidiaries may engage in businesses other than those described in the preceding sentence, provided that the gross revenues of such other businesses in any fiscal year of the Company shall not exceed 10% of the Consolidated gross revenues of the Company and its Subsidiaries.
