The Cable System shall be designed, constructed and operated so as to meet those technical standards adopted by the FCC relating to Cable Systems contained in part 76 of the FCC’s rules and regulations as may be amended from time to time.
In the event that the applicable codes are revised such that Cable Systems become subject to low voltage regulations without being grandfathered or otherwise exempted, the Company will thereafter be required to comply with those regulations.
