Areas Covered. This Works Agreement and its annexes applies to all present and future buildings and offices, annexes, external areas and premises (including parking areas and garages) owned or rented by SAP for use by SAP. Isle La Motte, VT 05463) Snow removal, at a minimum, must begin before any roads have a two-inch cover. The contractor will also be required to adequately control drifting at all times (drifting is defined as a vertical depth of five inches, ten feet wide in the direction of travel, and covering one-half of the traveled highway surface). To that end, the contractor, if he / she so desires and at his / her expense with no cost to the Town, may, with Town approval, install snow fencing. If installed, however, such fencing must be removed by April 15 of each year of the contract. The contractor will keep all intersections clear for visibility and safety. All roads must be kept adequately sanded, the most critical areas being: Noble’s Xxxx Xx.; Xxxx and curve on Shrine Rd; All intersections with Main St.; Intersection of New Rd. and West Shore Rd.; Intersection of School St. and West Shore Rd. Salt – sand mix for sanding will be purchased by the Town and stored at the Salt Shed for the contractor’s use. Loading of such mix is the responsibility of the contractor. The contractor will also be available to store such sand and salt at the salt shed as required.
