Common use of Types of Content Clause in Contracts

Types of Content. You acknowledge that any information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages, tags and other materials accessible through the Services (collectively, “Content”) is the sole responsibility of the party from whom such Content originated. This means that you, and not Aniline, are entirely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, e-mail, transmit or otherwise make available through the Services (“Your Content”), and that you and other Registered Users of the Services, and not Aniline, are similarly responsible for all Content that you and they make available through the Services (“User Content”).
