International Provisions. (1) The Services eQuorum makes available, and derivatives thereof may be subject to export laws and regulations of the United States and other jurisdictions.
(2) For Services that Customer accesses from outside the United States or Canada, eQuorum will use best efforts, but shall not be obligated, to acquire Support from local eQuorum distributors, sales agents or other representatives under the terms and conditions in effect in such locations.
(3) Without limiting the foregoing, by using the eQuorum Service, you represent and warrant that
(i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. The provisions of this Section will survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason.
International Provisions. The following provisions shall apply only if you are located in the countries listed below.
International Provisions. A2.1. To the extent the Supplier’s provision of Services to eBay involves a transfer of eBay Data originating from Australia to another jurisdiction for further processing, Supplier shall take such steps as are reasonable in the circumstances to ensure that transfer does not breach Applicable Data Protection Law.
A2.2. To the extent the Applicable Data Protection Law requires additional steps or safeguards be imposed before the data can be transferred to another jurisdiction for further processing, Supplier agrees to cooperate with eBay to take appropriate steps to comply with Applicable Data Protection Law.
International Provisions. 8.1. The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Processing of Customer Personal Data by Smartsheet may involve an international transfer of Customer Personal Data from Customer to Smartsheet (“International Transfer”). Customer acknowledges that, as of the Effective Date, Smartsheet’s primary processing activities are in the United States as detailed at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/data-access-and-transfers.
8.2. To the extent that Smartsheet Processes Customer Personal Data originating from and protected by applicable Data Protection Laws in one of the Jurisdictions listed in Schedule 4 (Jurisdiction Specific Terms), then the terms specified therein with respect to the applicable jurisdiction(s) will apply in addition to the terms of this DPA.
8.3. To the extent that Customer’s use of the Services requires a valid transfer mechanism to lawfully transfer Customer Personal Data from a jurisdiction (i.e., the European Economic Area (“EEA”), the UK, Switzerland or any other jurisdiction listed in Schedule 4) to Smartsheet located outside of that jurisdiction (a “Transfer Mechanism”), the terms and conditions of Schedule 3 (Cross Border Transfer Mechanisms) will apply.
8.4. If any Transfer Mechanism fails as a lawful data transfer mechanism for an International Transfer, the Parties will act in accordance with Section 9.8 (Variations in Data Protection Laws) of this DPA.

International Provisions a. Processing in the United States. Customer acknowledges that, as of the Effective Date, Watermark’s primary processing facilities are in the United States.
International Provisions. All payments and amounts under the Vacation Membership with Lodging Services Purchase Agreement and this Rules and Regulations will be calculated in US dollars but can be paid in pesos at the exchange rate published by the Bank of Mexico on the day the payment is made. Except as stated herein, all periods in the Vacation Membership with Lodging Services Purchase Agreement and this Rules and Regulations will be calculated at the time zone where the main office of the club is located. Some of the Vacation Membership with Lodging Services Purchase Agreement and this Rules and Regulations may be prepared in English and other languages in addition to necessarily Spanish. All translations constitute one document and each is considered an original for all purposes. In case of conflict between the English and other translations, the Spanish version will prevail.

ItsCoastal provides an online service designed to allow users to offer or book adventures and activities, and buy, rent, or sell yachts or real estate property throughout the world, earning Coastal Dollars along the way. PLEASE READ THIS TERM OF USE AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) CAREFULLY. International Provisions. 1. International provisions apply to flight activities of Pilots that originate from, have a destination of, or make an intermediate stop at a location outside the contiguous forty-eight (48) states, Mexico, Canada and the Caribbean. International provisions will be maintained for technical stops at locations within the contiguous forty-eight (48) states.
2. International block hour limitations:
a. Not more than twelve (12) SBH in any twenty-four (24) consecutive hours on a non-stop flight.
b. Not more than eleven (11) SBH in any twenty-four (24) consecutive hours on a flight having one (1) intermediate landing.
c. Not more than ten (10) SBH in any twenty-four (24) consecutive hours on a flight having two (2) or more intermediate landings.
