Types of interventions. Development cooperation under this Agreement may include, but is not limited to, the following interventions related to this Agreement: (a) policy development; (b) legislation and regulatory framework development; (c) institutional/organisational development; (d) capacity building and training1; (e) technical advisory services; (f) administrative services; (g) support in SPS and TBT areas; and (h) operational support including equipment, materials and related works.
