Types of interventions. Development cooperation under this Agreement may include, but is not limited to the following EPA related interventions: 1. policy development; 2. legislation and regulatory framework development; 3. institutional/organizational development; 4. capacity building and xxxxxxxx0; 5. technical advisory services; 6. administrative services; 7. support in SPS and TBT areas; and 8. operational support including equipment, materials and related works. 3 For the purpose of this Article, "capacity building" may include in particular training, institutional development, organizational development (structures and procedures), operational support and inter- institutional communication and cooperation procedures.
