Types of Vesting. Except as provided in Section 2(g), 75% of all the issued Incentive Securities will be subject to time vesting in accordance with Section 2(e) (the “Time Vesting Incentive Securities”) and the remaining 25% of all the issued Incentive Securities will performance vest in accordance with Section 2(f) (the “Performance Vesting Incentive Securities”).
