UENTIRE AGREEMENT. 14.1 This Agreement together with the Company's tariffs constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof. Any prior understandings, representations, promises, undertakings, agreements or inducements, whether written or oral, concerning the subject matter hereof not contained herein shall have no force or effect. This Agreement may be modified or amended only by a writing duly executed by all parties.

UENTIRE AGREEMENT. U This Agreement supersedes and cancels all prior negotiations, communications, understanding and agreements between Licensee and Licensor with regard to licensing the use of CLINITRAK Software and CLINITRAK Web Site.
