Common use of Ukončení platnosti Clause in Contracts

Ukončení platnosti. A. This Agreement may be terminated by either Party immediately upon prior written notice to the other Party if any of the following conditions occur: (i) the authorization and approval to perform the Study in the United States or the European Union is withdrawn by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or by EMA; or (ii) DSI terminates the Study. A.
