Common use of Umbrella Excess General Liability Clause in Contracts

Umbrella Excess General Liability. and Auto Liability insurance with minimum limits of $4 million in the aggregate; the umbrella excess policy must afford coverage equivalent to the commercial general liability and automobile liability coverages required in subsections 10.1.2. and 10.1.3.; the policy inception date must also be concurrent with the inception dates of the underlying general liability and automobile liability policies; if vendor maintains commercial general liability and automobile liability coverage that exceeds the minimum limits identified in 10.1.2. and 10.1.3., then Vendor may reduce its umbrella excess coverage limit by the corresponding amount;
