Common use of Unable to Work Clause in Contracts

Unable to Work. For employees who were found to be unfit for duty and placed on a medical leave, the Benefits Office will review their status every three (3) months. If after six (6) months, it is determined by a medical doctor that the employee cannot return to work, the employee will be released from EMU.
