Termination Due To Lack of Funds a. In the event funds to finance this Contract become unavailable, the Department may terminate the Contract upon no less than twenty-four (24) hours written notice to the Vendor. Said notice shall be delivered by certified mail, return receipt requested, or in person with proof of delivery. The Department shall be the final authority as to the availability of funds.

CONDITIONAL UPON PAYMENT 12.1 Where applicable, You agree that this Agreement is conditional upon Apollo being paid by the Travel Agent or Travel Wholesaler (Agent) who arranged this Agreement on Your behalf. You must pay Apollo any shortfall in the amount paid by You to the Agent and the amount that should have been paid to Apollo based on the applicable standard gross rental rate in respect of the Vehicle for the rental period.
Changes Due to a Life Event After the initial enrollment period and outside of any open enrollment period, an employee may elect to change health or dental coverage (including adding or canceling coverage) and any applicable employee contributions in the following situations (as long as allowed under the applicable provisions, regulations, and rules of the federal and state law in effect at the beginning of the plan year). The request to change coverage must be consistent with a change in status that qualifies as a life event, and does not include changing health or dental plans, which may only be done under the terms of Section 5A above. Any election to add coverage must be made within thirty (30) days following the event, and any election to cancel coverage must be made within sixty (60) days following the event. (An employee and a retired employee may add dependent health or dental coverage following the birth of a child or dependent grandchild, or following the adoption of a child, without regard to the thirty (30) day limit.) REAPPOINTMENT AFTER ABSENCE DUE TO CHILDCARE a) Employees who resign to care for a dependent pre-school child or children may apply to their former employer for preferential appointment to a position which is substantially the same in character and at the same or lower grading as the position previously held.
PERSONAL SATISFACTION AS A CONDITION PRECEDENT The obligations of County as provided in this Agreement are expressly conditioned upon Contractor’s compliance with the provisions of this Agreement to the personal satisfaction of the County. County shall determine compliance in good faith as a reasonable person would under the circumstances.

Refund for Withdrawal Due to Other Reasons If the Student withdraws from the Course for any reason other than those stated in Clause 2.1, the PEI will, within seven (7) working days of receiving the Student’s written notice of withdrawal, refund to the Student an amount based on the table in Schedule D.
TERMINATION DUE TO CHANGE IN FUNDING 35 In the event funding from HCA, MCO, State, Federal, or other sources is withdrawn, reduced, or limited 36 in any way after the effective date of this Contract and prior to its normal completion, either party may 37 terminate this Contract subject to re-negotiations.
MINIMUM MONTHLY PAYMENT We will mail you a statement every month if your account has a balance. You agree that you will pay each month not less than the minimum monthly payment by the payment due date. The minimum monthly payment will be 3.0% for Classic accounts or 2% for Platinum accounts of your outstanding balance (“New Balance”) or $25.00, whichever is greater. If your outstanding balance is $25.00 or less, you agree to pay the balance in full. You may pay in full for all your purchases and cash advances each month, or you may repay in monthly installments. We can accept late payments or partial payments, or checks, drafts, or money orders marked “payment in full” without prejudice to our rights under this Agreement, which are hereby explicitly reserved. A credit posting from a merchant or reversal of fees do not constitute a minimum payment. The minimum monthly payment may be allocated at the Credit Union’s discretion to pay off lower rate balances, such as promotional offers, before higher rate balances, such as cash advances or purchases. Payments in excess of the minimum monthly payment will be allocated first to higher rate balances, as applicable. From time to time, we may allow you to skip your minimum monthly payment due. If you choose to skip that payment, Finance Charges will continue to accrue in accordance with this Agreement. Payments received at: Rogue Credit Union, XX Xxx 0000, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000 on or before 5:00 PM Pacific Time on any business day will be credited to your Account as of that date; payments received by mail at that address after 5:00 PM Pacific Time or on a weekend will be posted to your Account as of the next business day. Payment crediting to your Account may be delayed up to five days if your payment is received by mail at any other address or not accompanied by the remittance portion of your Account statement.
