Common use of Unacceptable Employee Behavior Clause in Contracts

Unacceptable Employee Behavior. The Authority may assess Liquidated Damages of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per incident for reports made by customers of unacceptable behavior by contractor employees directed at or in front of customers including foul language, voices elevated above normal speaking levels, and/or the use of a derogatory comment. Additionally, the Authority may demand immediate and permanent removal of the employee from the Airport.
