Common use of Unacceptable Expenditures Clause in Contracts

Unacceptable Expenditures. The Contractor agrees to reimburse the ADHS for all Contract funds expended, which are determined by the ADHS not to have been disbursed by the Contractor in accordance with the terms of this Contract. The Contractor shall reimburse ADHS within 45 days of the determination of unacceptability.
