Common use of Unaccepted Resignations Clause in Contracts

Unaccepted Resignations. If Resident’s resignation is not accepted, EINSTEIN may in its sole discretion and with notice to Resident, report to outside agencies, Boards or other training programs, that Resident unaccepted resignation was considered a breach of the Agreement (contract) and unprofessional.
