Common use of Unallocated Principal Collections Clause in Contracts

Unallocated Principal Collections. If, after giving effect to Section 5.2(d), Principal Collections allocated to any Series on any Distribution Date are in excess of the amount required to be paid in respect of such Series on such Distribution Date, then any such excess Principal Collections shall be allocated to the Retained Distribution Account, to the extent that the Retained Interest Amount, calculated as of such Distribution Date, equals or exceeds zero and such payment will not violate any restriction contained in this Indenture.

If, after giving effect to Section 5.2(d5.2(c), Principal Collections allocated to any Series on any Distribution Date are in excess of the amount required to be paid in respect of such Series on such Distribution Date, then any such excess Principal Collections shall be allocated to the Retained Distribution Account, to the extent that the Retained Interest Amount, calculated AFC-II or such other party as of such Distribution Date, equals or exceeds zero and such payment will not violate may be entitled thereto as set forth in any restriction contained in this IndentureSupplement.
