Unarmed Security Guard Rates. Contractor shall perform all services and furnish all staffing and materials identified in Attachment A - Scope of Work. Prices quoted herein shall be inclusive of all costs for staffing, labor, insurance, vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, overhead, travel, any and all other costs associated with providing Unarmed Security Guard Services as described herein. • Regular Hourly Rate: Monday through Sunday • No usage guaranteed on this contract. • The Contract price shall not be increased due to California Senate Bill No. 3’s (minimum wage phase in requirement 2017-2023) mandated annual minimum wage increases.
