UNAUTHORISED AND INCORRECT OR DELAYED PAYMENTS. 27.1 You must notify us as soon as possible and, in any case, within 2 months of the date on which the unauthorised or incorrect payment occurred via any of the methods indicated in section 9 of Part A above.
27.2 As soon as the notification is received, we will acknowledge its receipt.
27.3 In the case of an unauthorised payment, we shall at your request immediately refund the payment amount to the PagoNxt Account. We will not however be required to refund such a payment:
(a) where the unauthorised payment arises from your failure to keep your Security Details safe;
(b) if you fail to notify us without undue delay of any Loss or misuse of Security Details or another event that could reasonably be expected to have compromised the security of your PagoNxt Account after you have gained knowledge of such event in which case you shall remain liable for Losses incurred after gaining such knowledge.
