Trade Execution/booking. Once the quote is received, you will be able to confirm it in a second step that will execute the FX trade booking. The output of this execution will be used as a Confirmation of the trade and will show its relevant details: ▪ Buy and Sell currencies ▪ Xxx and Sell Amounts 1 PagoNxt reserves the right to modify unilaterally the validity time of the quotes in the future. In case of a change, it will be notified within a reasonable amount of time. ▪ FX trade Settlement (Value) Date In the event of any omission and/or error, you must provide immediate notice to PagoNxt setting out full details of the omission and/or error. The Parties will not be bound by a Confirmation where it is reasonably determined by PagoNxt in its sole discretion that there is a Manifest Error in any respect. In the absence of Manifest Error, once PagoNxt has transmitted a Confirmation in respect of an executed FX trade in accordance with the terms of the order, that Confirmation shall be conclusive and legally binding on you, and you may only cancel that Trade if PagoNxt expressly agrees.
