Unauthorised and Prohibited Use of Vehicle. 4.1 Only Persons identified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A as either the renter or Authorised Driver may drive the Vehicle. Additionally, the following Persons are prohibited from driving or operating the Vehicle (even if he or she is identified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A as the renter or Authorised Driver): (a) anyone who does not have the licence required by law to drive the class of Vehicle hired; (b) anyone whose blood alcohol concentration exceeds the lawful percentage in New Zealand; (c) anyone under the influence of or impaired by a drug, intoxicating liquor or substance; (d) anyone who has given, or for whom You have given, a false name, age, address or driver’s licence details; (e) anyone who has a digital driver’s licence and is unable to produce a hardcopy at time of hire; (f) anyone whose driver’s licence has been cancelled or suspended within the last three years; (g) anyone who is a learner driver, a provisional or probationary licence holder; (h) anyone under 21 years of age; or (i) anyone who uses or intends to use the Vehicle for any illegal purpose. 4.2 Use of the Vehicle is prohibited: (a) in any area outside the Area of Travel shown in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A; (b) in any area where applicable travel restrictions of clause 16.1 of this Agreement apply unless authorised by (c) for carrying persons for hire, gain or reward, or to carry any inflammable, explosive or corrosive materials, fuel or generators; (d) for pushing or towing any Vehicle, trailer, boat or other object unless authorised by thl in writing; (e) for carrying any greater load and/or more persons than the gross vehicle mass specified in the certificate of loading for the Vehicle and/or for a purpose for which the Vehicle is not designed and constructed; (f) for racing, pacemaking, reliability trials, speed trials, hill climbing or being tested in preparation for those activities; (g) driving the Vehicle in a dangerous, wilful or reckless manner; (h) for illicit drug use or carrying illegal substances, product or drug paraphernalia; (i) for commercial purposes or financial gain; (j) driving the Vehicle in an unsafe or unroadworthy condition; (k) for carrying passengers when You or any Authorised Driver are not appropriately licensed; or (l) for subletting or hiring the Vehicle to any other person. 4.3 You must not operate the Vehicle, or allow it to be operated, in any way in breach of the Land Transport Act 1998, the Land Transport (Road User) Rule 2004, or any other legislation, regulations, rules or bylaws relating or applicable to road traffic and the use of the Vehicle.

(c) sublet or hired to any other person;
(d) used outside Your authority;
(e) operated in circumstances that constitute an offence against any of sections 56, 57 or 58 of the Land Transport Act 1998 (NZ);
(f) operated in breach of the Land Transport Act 1998 (NZ), the Transport Xxx 0000 (NZ), the Land Transport (Road User) Rule 2004 (NZ), any other Act, regulation, rule or bylaw relating to road traffic, or the Freedom Camping Act 2011 (NZ);
(g) operated for the transport of more passengers or goods than the maximum specified in the certificate of loading and/or RUC certificate, whichever is the lesser for the Vehicle;
(h) driven on any beach, or through any stream, river, waterway or tidal crossing or on any surface likely to damage the Vehicle;
(i) driven in any area where applicable travel restrictions of clause 16.1 13 of this Agreement apply unless authorised byby Apollo in writing;
(cj) for carrying persons for hire, gain or reward, or used to carry any inflammable, explosive or corrosive materials, fuel or generators;
(dk) used for pushing or towing any Vehicle, trailer, boat or other object unless authorised by thl Apollo in writing;

(g) driving Using the Vehicle in a dangerous, wilful or reckless manner;.
(h) for illicit drug use Using the Vehicle in contravention of any legislation or carrying illegal substances, product or drug paraphernalia;regulation controlling vehicular traffic.
(i) for commercial purposes or financial gain;Carrying any animal in the Vehicle, unless authorised in writing by Cheapa Xxxxx.
(j) driving the Vehicle in an unsafe Carrying illegal substance or unroadworthy condition;product.
(k) for carrying passengers when You or any Authorised Driver are Vehicle not appropriately licensed; or
(l) for subletting or hiring the Vehicle to any other person.
4.3 You must not operate the Vehicle, or allow it to be operated, in any way in breach of the Land Transport Act 1998, the Land Transport (Road User) Rule 2004, used for commercial use or any other legislation, regulations, rules or bylaws relating or applicable to road traffic and the use of the Vehiclefinancial gain.

(a) used in any area outside the Area of Travel shown in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A;
(b) used for the transport of passengers for hire or reward unless the Vehicle is hired with Dealer’s knowledge for use in a passenger service licensed under Part 4A of the Land Transport Xxx 0000;
(c) sublet or hired to any other person;
(d) used outside Your authority;
(e) operated in circumstances that constitute an offence against any of Sections 56, 57 and 58 of the Land Transport Xxx 0000;
(f) operated in breach of the Act, the Transport Xxx 0000, the Land Transport (Road User) Rule 2004, any other Act, regulation, rule or bylaw relating to road traffic, or the Freedom Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000;
(g) operated for the transport of more passengers or goods than the maximum specified in the certificate of loading and/or RUC certificate, whichever is the lesser for the Vehicle;
(h) driven on any beach, or through any stream, river, waterway or tidal crossing or on any surface likely to damage the Vehicle;
(i) driven in any area where applicable travel restrictions of clause 16.1 13 of this Agreement apply unless authorised byby Dealer in writing;
(cj) for carrying persons for hire, gain or reward, or used to carry any inflammable, explosive or corrosive materials, fuel or generators;
(dk) used for pushing or towing any Vehicle, trailer, boat or other object unless authorised by thl Dealer in writing;
(el) used for carrying any greater load and/or more persons than the gross vehicle mass specified in the certificate of loading for the Vehicle and/or for a purpose for which the Vehicle is not designed and constructed;
(fm) used for racing, pacemaking, reliability trials, speed trials, hill climbing or being tested in preparation for those activities;
(gn) driving the Vehicle driven in a dangerous, wilful or reckless manner;
(ho) used for illicit drug use or carrying illegal substances, product substances or drug paraphernaliaproduct;
(ip) used for commercial purposes or financial gain;; or

(g) operated for the transport of more passengers or goods than the maximum specified in the certificate of loading and/or RUC certificate, whichever is the lesser for the Vehicle;

(i) driven in any area where applicable travel restrictions of clause 16.1 13 of this Agreement apply unless authorised byby Xxxxxx in writing;
(cj) for carrying persons for hire, gain or reward, or used to carry any inflammable, explosive or corrosive materials, fuel or generators;
(dk) used for pushing or towing any Vehicle, trailer, boat or other object unless authorised by thl Xxxxxx in writing;
(el) used for carrying any greater load and/or more persons than the gross vehicle mass specified in the certificate of loading for the Vehicle and/or for a purpose for which the Vehicle is not designed and constructed;
(fm) used for racing, pacemakingpace-making, reliability trials, speed trials, hill climbing or being tested in preparation for those activities;
(gn) driving the Vehicle driven in a dangerous, wilful or reckless manner;

Unauthorised and Prohibited Use of Vehicle. 4.1 Only Persons identified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A as either the renter or Authorised Driver may drive the Vehicle. Additionally, the following Persons are prohibited from driving or operating the Vehicle (even if he or she is identified in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A as the renter or Authorised Driver):Driver):
(a) anyone who does not have the licence required by law to drive the class of Vehicle hired;
(b) anyone whose blood alcohol concentration exceeds the lawful percentage in New Zealand;the state or territory where the Vehicle is driven;
(c) anyone under the influence of or impaired by a drug, intoxicating liquor or substance;
(d) anyone who has given, or for whom You have given, a false name, age, address or driver’s licence details;detail;
(e) anyone who has a digital driver’s licence and is unable to produce a hardcopy at time of hire;
(f) anyone whose driver’s licence has been cancelled or suspended within the last three years;
(g) anyone who is a learner driver, a provisional or probationary licence holderholder or has not held a full driver’s licence for any class of vehicle for at least two years;
(h) anyone under 21 years of age; or
(i) anyone who uses or intends to use the Vehicle for any illegal purpose.purpose.
4.2 Use of the Vehicle is prohibited:prohibited:
(a) in any area outside the Area of Travel shown in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A;
(b) in any area where applicable travel restrictions of clause 16.1 13 of this Agreement apply unless authorised byby thl in writing;
(c) for carrying persons for hire, gain or reward, or to carry any inflammable, explosive or corrosive materials, fuel or generators;
(d) for pushing or towing any Vehicle, trailer, boat or other object unless authorised by thl in writingobject;
(e) for carrying any greater load and/or more persons than the gross vehicle mass specified in the certificate of loading for the Vehicle and/or for a purpose for which the Vehicle is not designed and constructed;
(f) for racing, pacemaking, reliability trials, speed trials, hill climbing or being tested in preparation for those activities;
(g) driving the Vehicle in a dangerous, wilful or reckless manner;
(h) for illicit drug use or carrying illegal substances, product or drug paraphernalia;
(i) for commercial purposes or financial gain;
(j) driving the Vehicle in an unsafe or unroadworthy condition;condition; or
(k) for carrying passengers when You or any Authorised Driver are not appropriately licensed; or.
(l) for subletting or hiring the Vehicle to any other person.
4.3 You must not operate the Vehicle, or allow it to be operated, in any way in breach of the Land Transport Act 1998, the Land Transport (Road User) Rule 2004, or any other legislation, regulations, rules or bylaws relating or applicable to road traffic and the use of the Vehicle.

(f) anyone whose driver’s licence has been cancelled or suspended within the last three years;
(g) anyone who is a learner driver, a an Australian Red provisional or probationary licence holder (excluding an Australian Green provisional licence holder);
(h) anyone under 21 18 years of age; or
(i) anyone who uses or intends to use the Vehicle for any illegal purpose.
4.2 Use of the The Vehicle is prohibited:must never be:
(a) used in any area outside the Area of Travel shown in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A;
(b) used for the transport of passengers for hire or reward unless the Vehicle is hired with Hippie Camper’s knowledge for use in a passenger service licensed under Part 4A of the Land Transport Xxx 0000;
(c) sublet or hired to any other person;
(d) used outside Your authority;
(e) operated in circumstances that constitute an offence against any of Sections 56, 57 and 58 of the Land Transport Xxx 0000;
(f) operated in breach of the Act, the Transport Xxx 0000, the Land Transport (Road User) Rule 2004, any other Act, regulation, rule or bylaw relating to road traffic, or the Freedom Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000;
(g) operated for the transport of more passengers or goods than the maximum specified in the certificate of loading and/or RUC certificate, whichever is the lesser for the Vehicle;
(h) driven on any beach, or through any stream, river, waterway or tidal crossing or on any surface likely to damage the Vehicle;
(i) driven in any area where applicable travel restrictions of clause 16.1 12 of this Agreement apply unless authorised byby Hippie Camper in writing;
(cj) for carrying persons for hire, gain or reward, or used to carry any inflammable, explosive or corrosive materials, fuel or generators;
(dk) used for pushing or towing any Vehicle, trailer, boat or other object unless authorised by thl Hippie Camper in writing;
(el) used for carrying any greater load and/or more persons than the gross vehicle mass specified in the certificate of loading for the Vehicle and/or for a purpose for which the Vehicle is not designed and constructed;
(fm) used for racing, pacemaking, reliability trials, speed trials, hill climbing or being tested in preparation for those activities;
(gn) driving the Vehicle driven in a dangerous, wilful or reckless manner;
(ho) used for illicit drug use or carrying illegal substances, product substances or drug paraphernaliaproduct;
(ip) used for commercial purposes or financial gain;; or
(jq) driving the Vehicle driven in an unsafe or unroadworthy condition;
(k) for carrying passengers when You or any Authorised Driver are not appropriately licensed; or
(l) for subletting or hiring the Vehicle to any other personcondition.
