Prohibited Use of the Vehicle. (a) in any area outside the Area of Travel shown in Rental Vehicle Agreement Part A;
(b) in any area where applicable travel restrictions of clause 13 of this Agreement apply unless authorised by Apollo in writing;
(c) for carrying persons for hire, gain or reward, or to carry any inflammable, explosive or corrosive materials;
(d) for pushing or towing any Vehicle, trailer, boat or other object unless authorised by Apollo in writing;
(e) for carrying any greater load and/or more persons and/or for a purpose for which the Vehicle is not designed and constructed;
(f) for racing, pace-making, reliability trials, speed trials, hill climbing or being tested in preparation for those activities;
(g) driving the Vehicle in a dangerous, wilful or reckless manner;
(h) for carrying illegal substances or product;
(i) for commercial purposes or financial gain;
(j) driving the Vehicle in an unsafe or unroadworthy condition; or
(k) for carrying passengers when You, any Joint Renter or Authorised Driver are not appropriately licensed.
Prohibited Use of the Vehicle. The Vehicle must not be used:
(i) by anyone other than the Renter or an Authorised Driver;
(ii) to smoke in. The use of e-cigarettes in Vehicle is also prohibited;
(iii) in a way to affect the good condition of the Vehicle, including by smoking;
(iv) to subrent or for carriage of passengers for hire or reward;
(v) for deliberately causing personal injury or property damage or for any illegal purpose;
(vi) for racing, pacemaking, testing the Vehicle's reliability and speed, or teaching someone to drive;
(vii) while the driver is under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or drugs;
(viii) to travel abroad unless specific authorisation from Owner has been previously obtained;
(ix) overloaded with more passengers than seatbelts, to transport children without the legally required car seats, or otherwise in breach of the legally prescribed safety precautions;
(x) to propel or tow any other vehicle or wheeled equipment, unless the Vehicle is fitted with a tow bar and Renter has express permission from Owner;
(xi) on unpaved roads, racetracks, beaches and test courses;
(xii) to transport easily flammable, toxic, or otherwise dangerous substances other than minimum amounts for household use;
(xiii) in a careless or reckless manner;
(xiv) to drive through or over water or over any objects that Renter knew or ought to have known rise above the ground clearance of the Vehicle;
(xv) to drive under a barrier lower than the overhead clearance of the Vehicle;
(xvi) in or on that part of any aerodrome, airfield, airport, or military installation designed for the take-off, landing, taxiing, or parking of aircraft and aerial devices, including any associated service roads, fuel supply areas, ground equipment parking areas, aprons, maintenance zones, and hangars;
(xvii) to transport goods with a weight heavier than that authorised for the Vehicle, or to transport goods deficiently distributed or badly secured, or to carry goods that you do not own for a fee without Owner's specific permission; or
(xviii) in contravention of this Rental Agreement or the applicable laws, safety rules and requirements of the countries where the Vehicle is used.
Prohibited Use of the Vehicle. 9.1 The Vehicle may not be driven by the following persons:
9.1.1 Any person other than an Authorized Driver;
9.1.2 A person who is not licensed for that class of Vehicle;
9.1.3 A person whose blood alcohol concentration exceeds the lawful percentage or is under the influence of prescription, non-prescription or illegal drugs or controlled substances;
9.1.4 A person who has given or for whom you have given a false name, age, address or driver’s license details or other false or fraudulent information;
9.1.5 A person using a hand-held wireless communication device or other device that is capable of receiving or transmitting telephonic communications, electronic data, mail or text messages while not in a hands-free mode;
9.2 The Vehicle must not be used
9.2.1 To carry persons for or property for hire;
9.2.2 To carry inflammable, explosive or corrosive materials;
9.2.3 To drive through any tunnel or area restricting propane tanks;
9.2.4 To propel or tow any vehicle, trailer, boat or other object, unless Travellers Autobarn has authorized such use in writing;
9.2.5 To carry any greater load and/or more persons than is lawful or use in a manner or for a purpose other than for which it was designed and constructed;
9.2.6 For driver training, racing, pacemaking, reliability trials, speed trials, hill climbing or being tested in preparation for those purposes;
9.2.7 In a dangerous, careless, willful, wanton or reckless manner;
9.2.8 Used in connection with any conduct that could properly be charged as a felony;
9.2.9 In violation of any federal, state, provincial, or local law, rules or regulations;
9.2.10 With contaminated fuel or fuel that does not meet the manufacturer’s specifications or recommendations;
9.2.11 By any person to lie or stand on the Vehicle roof, hood, or trunk;

(e) for carrying any greater load and/or more persons and/or for a purpose for which the Vehicle is not designed and constructed;
(f) for racing, pacemaking, reliability trials, speed trials, hill climbing or being tested in preparation for those activities;
(g) driving the Vehicle in a dangerous, wilful or reckless manner;
(h) for carrying illegal substances or product;
(i) for commercial purposes or financial gain;
(j) driving the Vehicle in an unsafe or unroadworthy condition; or
(k) for carrying passengers when You, any Joint Renter or Authorised Driver are not appropriately licensed.
Prohibited Use of the Vehicle. NOTICE: Any use of the Vehicle as prohibited by the Contract or any failure to fulfill Your responsibilities (paragraph 4) will breach this Contract, will void any limitation of your responsibility under the Contract, and make you fully responsible for Lessor’s actual and consequential damages, costs, and attorney’s costs and fees resulting from that breach. To the extent permitted by law, PIP, Uninsured/Underinsured, and Liability Coverage will also be void.
(a) Operate in violation of federal or applicable state, provincial, or local laws, rules, regulations, or ordinances.
(b) Carry persons or property for compensation.
(c) Propel or tow any vehicle or other object except as permitted in writing by Xxxxxx.
(d) Engage in any race, test, training, or contest.
(e) Operate in connection with or during any period of riot, strike, or civil commotion.
(f) Operate if the Vehicle is obtained from Lessor by fraud or misrepresentation.
(g) Allow operation of Vehicle by anyone except You and/or Authorized Operators.
(h) Use for any illegal purpose or to carry explosives or other hazardous material.
(i) Drive, or be ferried, or transported to any area outside the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Provinces of Canada, Yukon and Northwest Territories.
(j) Travel on any road where motorhome or propane carriage is prohibited by law (such as underwater tunnels).
(k) Travel on any road where warnings are posted to indicate travel would be dangerous or hazardous for any vehicle or motorhome.
(l) Travel on any road where road surface or driving conditions or weather exposes the motorhome to unreasonable damage or road hazard.
(m) Allow the Vehicle to be driven by any person under the influence of intoxicants, medications, or drugs, or whose impairment renders driver unfit to operate Vehicle or whose medical history may subject driver to an impaired state (such as seizures, night blindness and the like) rendering the driver unfit to operate Vehicle.
(n) Operate or occupy the Vehicle in a reckless or abusive manner which causes damage to the interior or exterior of the Vehicle.
(o) Operate, maintain, or refuel the Vehicle if You have doubts about safe operation and cannot obtain professional assistance or access the Lessor’s customer service assistance lines.
(p) Further operate or use the Vehicle when signals of apparent problems (monitor panel gauges, flat tires, engine overheating, abnormal noise, and the like) indicate damage to the Vehicle or Vehicle systems from cont...
Prohibited Use of the Vehicle. (a) In any area where applicable travel restrictions of clause 17 of this Agreement apply unless authorised by Cruisin in writing;
(b) For carrying passengers or property for hire or reward;
(c) For pushing or towing any Vehicle, trailer, boat or other object
(d) For carrying any greater load and/or more persons and/or for a purpose for which the Vehicle is not designed and constructed;
(e) For racing, pace making, reliability trials, speed trials, hill climbing or being tested in preparation for those activities;
(f) Driving the Vehicle in a dangerous, wilful or reckless manner
(g) For carrying illegal substances or product;
(h) For the purpose of transporting and haulage of goods other than what might be reasonably expected for a leisure rental;
(i) Driving the Vehicle in an unsafe or unroadworthy condition;
(j) For carrying passengers when You, any Joint Renter or Authorised Driver are not appropriately licensed;
(k) Drive at a speed in excess of a speed limit displayed in relation to the road that You are driving on and as posted by the relevant state or territory authority; or
(l) Carrying any animal in the Vehicle, excluding registered guide dogs.
Prohibited Use of the Vehicle. 5.1 If you do not comply with these conditions, you will be liable to us for any liability or reasonable loss incurred by us or any damages or reasonable expenses we suffer or incur as a result of your breach. You may additionally lose the benefit of any coverage included or selected by you. We reserve the right to take back the vehicle at any time, and at your expense, with police assistance where appropriate, if you are in breach of this Rental Agreement. You must look after the vehicle, make sure it is locked, secure and parked in a safe place when not in use and set and use any security device provided. You must remove and keep in a safe place any removable radio and/or radio faceplate when the vehicle is unoccupied. You must use seat belts, child seats and other child restraints as appropriate. You must use the correct fuel and check the oil and other fluid gauges beyond 1000 kms, refilling as ne- cessary. If you experience any problem due to accident or mechanical failure, you must contact us on the number indicated on the vehicle windshield. No one may service or repair the vehicle without our prior express permission.
5.4 You must not use the vehicle or allow it to be used:
5.4.1 to carry passengers for remuneration;
5.4.2 to carry cargo for remuneration;
5.4.3 to tow or push any vehicle, trailer or other object (without our express permission);
5.4.4 off road or on roads unsuitable for the vehicle;
5.4.5 when it is overloaded or when loads are not properly secured;
5.4.6 for carrying any object or any substance which, because of its condition or smell, may harm the vehicle and/or delay our ability to rent the vehicle again;
5.4.7 to take part in any race, rally, test or other contest;
5.4.8 in contravention of any traffic or other regulations;
5.4.9 for any illegal purpose;
5.4.10 for sub-renting;
5.4.11 to drive or be driven in restricted areas including, but not limited to, airport runways, airport service roads and associated areas;
5.4.12 for driver training activity; or
5.4.13 in contravention of any of the driver requirements contained in paragraph 2 above.

(e) for carrying any greater load and/or more persons and/or for a purpose for which the Vehicle is not designed and constructed;
(f) for racing, pacemaking, reliability trials, speed trials, hill climbing or being tested in preparation for those activities;
(g) driving the Vehicle in a dangerous, wilful or reckless manner;
(h) for carrying illegal substances or product;
(i) for commercial purposes or financial gain;
(j) driving the Vehicle in an unsafe or unroadworthy condition; or
(k) for carrying passengers when You, any Joint Renter or Authorised Driver are not appropriately licensed.
Prohibited Use of the Vehicle. The Vehicle must not be used:
(i) by anyone other than the Renter or an Authorised Driver;
(ii) for hire or reward;
(iii) for any illegal, willful or deliberate purpose causing injury, loss or damage to property or person;
(iv) for racing, pacemaking, testing the Vehicle's reliability and speed, or teaching someone to drive;
(v) while the driver is under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or drugs;
(vi) to go to countries or places other than the country of rental unless specific authorization from Owner has been previously obtained;
(vii) overloaded with more passengers than seatbelts, to transport children without the legally required car seats, or otherwise in violation of the legally prescribed safety precautions;
(viii) to propel or tow any other vehicle or a tow truck, unless the Vehicle is fitted with a trailer baller;
(ix) on unpaved roads, racetracks, and test courses;
(x) to transport easily flammable, toxic, or otherwise dangerous substances;
(xi) in a careless or reckless manner;
(xii) in or on that part of any aerodrome, airfield, airport, or military installation designed for the take-off, landing, taxiing, or parking of aircraft and aerial devices, including any associated service roads, fuel supply areas, ground equipment parking areas, aprons, maintenance zones, and hangars;
(xiii) to transport goods with a weight heavier than that authorised for the Vehicle, or to transport goods deficiently distributed or badly secured, or to provide a courier service without Owner's specific permission; or
(xiv) in contravention of the applicable law where the Vehicle is used, or of this Rental Agreement.
Prohibited Use of the Vehicle. The Vehicle must not be used:
(i) by anyone other than Renter or an Authorised Driver;
(ii) for carriage of passengers for hire or reward;
(iii) for deliberately causing personal injury or property damage or for any illegal purpose;
(iv) for racing, pacemaking, testing the Vehicle's reliability and speed, or teaching someone to drive;
(v) while the driver is under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or drugs;
(vi) to go to countries or places • for rentals originating in the UK: outside the United Kingdom; and • for rentals originating in Ireland: outside the Ireland or Northern Ireland unless Owner gives Xxxxxx written permission;
(vii) overloaded with more passengers than seatbelts, to transport children without the legally required car seats, or otherwise in breach of the legally prescribed safety precautions;
(viii) to propel or tow any other vehicle or wheeled equipment, unless the Vehicle is fitted with a tow bar and Renter has express permission from Owner;
(ix) on unpaved roads, racetracks, and test courses;
(x) to transport easily flammable, toxic, or otherwise dangerous substances other than minimum amounts for household use;
(xi) in a careless or reckless manner;
