Unauthorized Access Notification. LEA shall notify Provider immediately, but in no less than 72 hours, of any known or suspected unauthorized use or access of the Services, LEA’s account, or Student Data. LEA will assist Provider in any efforts by Provider to investigate and respond to any unauthorized use or access.
