Unauthorized Computer Use. A classified unit employee shall not be liable for unauthorized use of a computer by another person unless it can be proven that the employee did not follow school board procedures in regard to preventing unauthorized use. All employees are required to follow School Board Policy including St. Lucie School District’s Acceptable Use Policy. The acceptable use policy will be provided to each classified unit employee at the beginning of the school year.
