Common use of Unauthorized Use or Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Unauthorized Use or Disclosure. In addition to any notification obligations set forth in the attached Exhibits, if the Receiving Party becomes aware of any unauthorized use or disclosure of the Confidential Information, the Receiving Party shall promptly notify the Disclosing Party of all facts known to it concerning such unauthorized use or disclosure and take all reasonable steps to mitigate any potential harm or further disclosure, loss or destruction of such Confidential Information.
