Unauthorized Use or Modification of the Services. You are not granted the right to and You shall not engage in any of the following activities: • transmit any software or other materials that contain any viruses, worms, trojan horses, defects, date bombs, time bombs, spiders, web-bots, screen-scrapers, or web crawlers or other items of a destructive or disruptive nature; • exploit the Services or Software in any unauthorized way, including by trespass or burdening server or network capacity or infrastructure; • modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Services or Software or remove, alter, circumvent, or otherwise tamper with any security technology; • "frame," "mirror," or resell any part of the Services or Software without our prior written authorization; or • harvest or collect information about users. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY USER OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE SERVICES OR SOFTWARE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SERVICES OR SOFTWARE IS A VIOLATION OF THIS AGREEMENT. OnStar RESERVES THE RIGHT TO INVESTIGATE ANY SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY AND TO TAKE ALL SUCH ACTIONS AGAINST AND OBTAIN SUCH REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. OnStar RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISCLOSE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT YOU, INCLUDING YOUR ACCOUNT AND ACCESS TO AND USE OF YOUR ACCOUNT, TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AS NECESSARY TO ENFORCE THIS AGREEMENT, TO COMPLY WITH ANY COURT ORDER, OR AS PERMITTED IN THE PRIVACY STATEMENT.

Any attempt by any user or any other individual or entity to deliberately damage the Services or Software or undermine the legitimate operation of the Services or Software is a violation of this Agreement. OnStar reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and to take all such actions against and obtain such remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. OnStar reserves the right to disclose any information about You, including Your account and access to and use of Your account, to law enforcement as necessary to enforce this Agreement, to comply with any court order, or as permitted in the Privacy Statement.

Related to Unauthorized Use or Modification of the Services

  • Unauthorized Use or Disclosure The Contractor shall notify COMMERCE within five (5) working days of any unauthorized use or disclosure of any confidential information, and shall take necessary steps to mitigate the harmful effects of such use or disclosure.

  • Modification of the Service We may discontinue, add to or revise any or all aspects of the Service in our sole discretion and without notice, including, without limitation, access to support services, publications and any other products or services ancillary to the Service. In particular, we reserve the right in our sole discretion to modify, supplement, delete, discontinue or remove any software, file, publications, information, communication or other content that we or one of our vendors provide to you in connection with the Service. If we undertake any of these changes, we may, but are not required to, notify you by e-mail, posting a notice on one or more of the Viasat websites or other electronic notice. If you do not agree to the identified changes, then you must cancel your subscription and stop using the Service prior to the effective date of the changes. Your use of the Service after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the changes. In addition, we may take any action consistent with our Acceptable Use, Data Allowance, Bandwidth Usage and Unlimited Data Policies, and Viasat Shield Application End User Terms and Conditions Agreement, , including, without limitation, actions to (a) prevent unsolicited bulk e-mailing from entering or leaving any e-mail account or the network e-mail system, (b) delete e-mail messages if your e-mail account has not been accessed by you within a time established by us from time to time, in our sole discretion, (c) instruct our system not to process e-mail or instant messages due to space limitations, (d) make available to third parties information relating to Viasat or its customers, (e) withdraw, change, suspend or discontinue any functionality or feature of the Service,

  • Unauthorized Use Licensee, the Participating Institutions, or Authorized Users shall not knowingly permit anyone other than Authorized Users to access the Licensed Materials.

  • Prohibition on Unauthorized Use or Disclosure The Business Associate will neither use nor disclose the Covered Entity’s Protected Health Information, except as permitted or required by this Addendum or in writing by the Covered Entity or as Required by Law. This Agreement does not authorize the Business Associate to use or disclose the Covered Entity’s Protected Health Information in a manner that will violate Subpart E of 45 CFR Part 164 if done by the Covered Entity.

  • No Unauthorized Use Provider shall not use Student Data or information in a Pupil Record for any purpose other than as explicitly specified in this DPA.

  • Termination of the Services You may, by written request, terminate the Services provided for in this Agreement. We may terminate your use of the Services at any time. In the event of termination of the Services, you will remain liable for all transactions performed on your account.

  • Notice of Unauthorized Use The Receiving Party will notify the Disclosing Party immediately upon discovery of any unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information or any other breach of this Agreement by Receiving Party. The Receiving Party will cooperate with the Disclosing Party in every reasonable way to help the Disclosing Party regain possession of such Confidential Information and prevent its further unauthorized use.

  • Use of the Services 1.1 We will make the Oracle services listed in Your order (the “Services”) available to You pursuant to this Agreement and Your order. Except as otherwise stated in this Agreement or Your order, You have the non- exclusive, worldwide, limited right to use the Services during the period defined in Your order, unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement or Your order (the “Services Period”), solely for Your internal business operations. You may allow Your Users (as defined below) to use the Services for this purpose, and You are responsible for their compliance with this Agreement and Your order.

  • LIABILITY FOR UNAUTHORIZED USE If any Card is lost or stolen or otherwise may be used without your permission (express or implied), you must immediately notify us orally or in writing at the following phone number or address: 0-000-000-0000 or at TIB, National Association, P.O Box 569120, Dallas, Texas 75356-9120. If unauthorized use of a Card occurs before you notify us of the loss, theft or unauthorized use, you may be liable up to a maximum amount of $50. If unauthorized use of a Credit Device occurs, you may be liable for all of the unauthorized use.

  • Authorized Use The Student Data shared pursuant to the Service Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services outlined in Exhibit A or stated in the Service Agreement and/or otherwise authorized under the statutes referred to herein this DPA.
