Unavailability of Hotline Contact. Should the person being contacted via the Hotline not be available, then a call must be logged with xxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xx.xx and another contact will be assigned the call. The preferred method of communication remains logging a Service Request call with xxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xx.xx.
