HOURS OF BUSINESS. The “XXXXxxx.xx Technical Call Centre” will operate between 08h00 to 16h30 Monday to Friday with the exception of weekends and public holidays when the call Centre will be closed. During the Christmas Period the “XXXXxxx.xx Technical Call Centre” will have a skeleton staff available to take technical service requests or hotline calls.
HOURS OF BUSINESS. Tenant shall continuously during the entire term hereof conduct and carry on Tenant’s business in the Premises and shall keep the Premises open for business and cause Tenant’s business to be conducted therein during the usual business hours of each and every business day as is customary for businesses of like character.
HOURS OF BUSINESS. Subject to the provisions of Article 17 hereof, Tenant shall continuously during the entire term hereof conduct and carry on, under the trade name and style set forth in Article 1, above, Tenant's business in the Demised Premises and shall keep the Demised Premises open for business and cause Tenant's business to be conducted therein during the hours agreed mutual agreement between Landlord and Tenant to be open for business; provided, however, that this provision shall not apply if the Demised Premises should be closed and the business of Tenant temporarily discontinued therein on account of strikes, lockouts, or similar causes beyond the reasonable control of Tenant, or closed for not more than three (3) days out of respect to the memory of any deceased officer or employee of Tenant, or the relative of any such officer or employee. Tenant shall keep the Demised Premises adequately stocked with merchandise, and with sufficient sales personnel to care for the patronage, and to conduct said business in accordance with sound business practices. Tenant expressly acknowledges that the ongoing conduct of Tenant's business in the Demised Premises is of material concern to Landlord, and that Landlord may suffer economic harm and other detriment through Tenant's failure to conduct the business as aforesaid, and that the failure to conduct the business in the manner described herein shall be a material breach of this Lease, notwithstanding Tenant's current payment of rent and related charges.
HOURS OF BUSINESS. Employer shall have full jurisdiction and discre tion as to what hours any place of business conducted by it shall be open for business.
HOURS OF BUSINESS. From and after the Commencement Date, Tenant shall keep the entire Premises continuously open for business during the days and hours established by Landlord from time to time for the Shopping Center generally, including, but not limited to, all holidays except Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day and Easter Day. Subject to Article 17 and Section 27.25, Tenant shall pay to Landlord a Two Hundred Fifty Dollar ($250.00) per day penalty for each day that Tenant fails to continuously remain open for business during the hours previously established by Landlord. Tenant shall have its window displays, exterior signs and exterior advertising displays adequately illuminated continuously during those hours and days that the Premises are required to be open for business to the public.

Subject to the provisions of Section 26 hereof, and to reasonable periods of closing, not to exceed ten (10) consecutive days in any one calendar year, Tenant shall continuously during the Term hereof conduct and carry on Tenant’s business in the Premises and shall keep the Premises open for business and cause Tenant’s business to be conducted therein during the usual business hours of each and every business day as is customary for businesses of like character in Addison, Texas; provided, however, that this provision shall not apply if the Premises should be closed and the business of Tenant temporarily discontinued therein due to strikes, lockouts or similar causes beyond the reasonable control of Tenant.
HOURS OF BUSINESS. LESSEE shall always during the term of this lease be open to the public for business Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 2 p.m. LESSEE will inform the Airport Administration office and will place “Café Closed” signage in the café seating area of any cafe closures outside the established business hours. The holidays of New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Easter, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day are optional days in which the LESSEE may be open but not required under the terms of this lease XXXXXX acknowledges that XXXXXX has a legitimate interest in regulating and establishing uniform hours of business for the benefit of patrons of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxx County Airport and a breach of this paragraph will constitute a material breach of this agreement warranting LESSOR to exercise the options under Default. It is further agreed and understood that LESSOR desires and encourages extended hours of operation beyond those delineated in this lease.
HOURS OF BUSINESS. In order to serve the needs of potential purchasers and the service requirements of owners and users of Isuzu Products, Dealer shall keep its Dealership Facilities open and operating for business during such days and hours as automobile dealers' sales, parts and service facilities are customarily open in the community wherein the Dealership Location is situated.
