Common use of Unbundled Local Channel Clause in Contracts

Unbundled Local Channel. 8.3.2.1 The Unbundled Local Channel is the dedicated transmission path between US LEC’s Point of Presence and the BellSouth Serving Wire Center. 8.3.2.2 BellSouth currently offers Unbundled Local Channels for switched traffic. Rates for these elements are listed in Attachment 11. For those states that do not contain rates in Attachment 11 for DS1 and DS3 switched Local Channels, the rates in the applicable State Access Tariff will apply as interim rates.
