Uncarpeted Areas. All hard-surfaced floors will be wet-mopped. All residual wax and mop or scrubber marks will be removed from baseboards. Floors, chrome frames, granite walls and baseboards to be left in a uniformly bright, clean condition.
Uncarpeted Areas. All hard-surfaced floors are to be stripped of all wax or other coating, cleaned and dried, removing any and all marks or stains. Floors will then be refinished and polished and left in a uniformly bright, clean condition. All finish spills and splashes will be completely removed from baseboards, walls, doors, granite and frames.
Uncarpeted Areas. All hard-surfaced floors are to be mopped with a treated dust mop and buffed, as needed, to maintain a uniformly bright appearance, with particular attention to edges, corners, and behind doors. All spills and stains will be removed with a damp mop or cloth. Baseboards, frames (molding) and granite will be wiped down with a treated dust cloth.
Uncarpeted Areas. All hard-surfaced floors will be machine buffed following specified (Section D, paragraph 1 b) nightly procedures, using an electric rotary buffing machine to obtain maximum shine.
Uncarpeted Areas. All hard-surfaced floors are to be completely machine scrubbed. After scrubbing, the floor will be re-sealed as needed. On completion of resealing, all water and other marks will be removed from walls, baseboards, doors, furniture mullions and adjacent carpeted areas. Lobby and concourse planters shall be moved in all possible cases and replaced. Special care should be given to ensure that planters or column bases are not damaged in the scrubbing process. Any repairs shall be made by Contractor at Contractor's sole cost and expense.

Uncarpeted Areas. Thoroughly sweep (being sure to pick up all dust balls) and spot mop with a germicidal solution to remove all marks, spills and stains.
Uncarpeted Areas. Completely strip down all vinyl, tile and linoleum floors to the bare floor surface, totally free of any wax, sealer or other finish. After stripping, apply 3 coats of finish. At the next service date, or after 24 hours, buff the floors to a uniformly bright condition. Walls, baseboards, furniture and adjoining carpeted areas shall be free of wax, water, and other marks.
Uncarpeted Areas. Sweep, clean and remove all debris from floors. Wet mop using a germicidal detergent paying particular attention to corners and areas around the toilet and under urinals.
