Common use of UNCLASSIFIED CONTRACTS Clause in Contracts

UNCLASSIFIED CONTRACTS. Unless the prior written approval of the ---------------------- Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) is obtained, the contractor shall not change the specified place of manufacture, packaging and packing, shipping point and/or producing facilities. Additionally, if such a change is made, the Government shall have the right to deduct from the contract price any increased costs (shipping, administration, etc.) which the Government may incur as a result of the change as well as any savings (labor costs, etc.) that the Government may be entitled to under the Changes clause.
