Uncompensated Care Pool Cap. The Commonwealth may expend up to $212 million (total computable) for SFY 2018 and up to $100.4 million (total computable) annually in SFYs 2019- 2022 for allowable UC Pool expenditures, as further described in Attachment E. Any unused expenditure authority in SFY 2018 can be expended in SFY 2019, subject to any applicable approval processes described in STC 74.
